From the age of 3, Christopher grew up on Moon Island, surrounded by beautiful Georgian Bay where he spent much of his free time fishing and swimming. Every season living on an island provided a new challenge. While most kids were sleeping, Christopher and his brother were up at 6 am getting ready to take the school boat or snowmobile to catch the school bus at the marina.

From a young age, Christopher’s natural artistic talent revealed itself, for he would often create detailed doodles of friends in class, which eventually became fully-developed comics with accompanying plot-lines. The comical drawings developed over the years and eventually, in 2013, Christopher decided to pursue art and graphic design as a full-time career. Specializing in animal portraits, Christopher decided to market this talent through Working from existing photographs, Christopher began drawing pet portraits for friends and family. Using non-traditional charcoal techniques, he is proficient at creating realistic drawings from photographs or other visual exemplars.

At the same time, Christopher expanded his creative art skills into the digital world. He attended Humber college to gain a formal education in graphic and web design, however, Christopher also spent his free time teaching himself new techniques and continues to always focus on improving his skills. He started working with clients as a freelance graphic designer, but when an opportunity took him to
Australia, he joined the Australia for Dolphins team as their graphic designer. He worked with the marketing manager to create all their print and digital assets for advertising, social media and donor communications. Also, while in Australia, Chris started two new businesses: running two Etsy shops for print on demand t-shirts, where he creates all the designs as well as an indie app development company, Boston Trudeau Studios, where he creates mobile game apps.

Now back in Toronto, Chris is continuing with his design and app development businesses. However, he is always striving to improve so Chris is also looking to join a larger organization so he can expand his design experience as part of a new team.
